Thanks for the output.
Unfortunately, my own testing is showing the same problem, which we will need to track down a bit.

It looks like perhaps homebrew has moved the location of the gfortran directory, and now the R package building code is looking in the wrong direction. Maybe the R or homebrew folks will need to resolve this.

We will look into it more...
