AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello AFNI gurus,

I am trying to overlay these two images to see areas of activation. I set the structural MNI as the underlay and the functional as the overlay. When I do this, afni for flash the correctly overlayed images for a second and then I can only see the MNI image. Then after changing the threshold for the overlay, I see that it is there but for some reason is shifted and minimized. I have no idea why it does this since both images are in the same space. I am working in AFNI version 18.1.26 but have replicated this in other versions as well.

The 3dinfo for both images are:
