Hi All.
This is not really an AFNI question, but it definitely is AFNI related. This information request has been emailed to others, but with no suggestions to date. So, I'm hoping somebody out there has some good ideas. Thanks. Darren

We seem to be having difficulties getting 1x1x1mm anatomicals in a
reasonable amount of time (ie. <10 min). We've tried to do High-resolution structural T1-weighted sagittal images of the whole brain using MPRAGE, TR = 11.4 ms, TE = 4.4 ms, flip angle = 10°, FOV = 256 x 256, 1 mm
in-plane resolution, 1 mm slice thickness. However, we were
not able to get good quality images on the GE system with the above
sequence. BTW, this is a Seimens Magnet.

Could you help us figure out which sequence to use to acquire 1 mm cubed
anatomicals. We are using AFNI to analyze our data, but are havind
difficulty landmarking at 2x2x2mm.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
