Hello,
I am trying to run 2 correlations using 3dRegAna. I am trying to correlate individual percent signal change maps (averaged across 2 runs) with 2 separate behavioral scores. Here is the script I am using:

I have tried to run this script multiple times and it appears that 3dRegAna is executed twice, but there is no output or error message. This all happens within about 1 second. Here are the command lines I get:

Basically, this script gave me no output but also no error message, so I don't know what is wrong. I'd appreciate any input you have!
