Hello Leah:
The problem might be in the length of the file names. There is an arbitary
character count limit. (Memo to self: change this)
Try placing the script into the sub-directory:
/study/hnmri/processed/group_analysis_hnmri/percent_change/
then simplify the script to read:
3dRegAna \
-rows 16 \
-cols 1 \
-xydata 22 avg_runs_percent_subj2_Hap_Neu+tlrc \
-xydata 25 avg_runs_percent_subj3_Hap_Neu+tlrc \
-xydata 30 avg_runs_percent_subj4_Hap_Neu+tlrc \
etc.
etc.
etc.
