AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Here is the 3dfractionize command I used:

3dfractionize -template BN1+orig \
-input mask_ACC+tlrc \
-warp Struct+tlrc \
-prefix fract_mask_ACC \
-clip 0.2

I did not use the "-preserve" option. Should I have? When I look at the ROI in +tlrc and +orig space they look like you'd expect (is there something specific I should look for?).

The problem comes when I use 3dmaskave, then I get a voxel count that seems more like it pertains to a +tlrc dataset than the +orig I want:

3dmaskave \
-mask fract_mask_ACC+orig \
-sigma \
stim_47_BN1+orig

Sorry to bother you with this, especially when it seems so straight-forward, but I just can't figure out what's up.
