Hi AFNI expert:
i want to produce orthogonal porjections from a 3D dataset. i used the commond line below:
3dproject -1thresh 5 -sum -output proj -nsize -ALL task.buck+tlrc[23]
after running that, i got 3 domcument : porj.axi proj.sag proj.cor . but AFNI cound not open them. how can i see the result?
