I want to make AFNI masks so that I can do voxel counting. However, to do this, I need to click on "Define Datamode" and then "plugins" to make a "dataset copy" and "draw dataset". The problem is when I click on "Define Datamode" I don't have a "plugins" option. I've made the masks before using AFNI on the same computer but since then we've shuffled our directories around and changed some stuff (not quite sure what...I just know that I don't telnet into the same root directory anymore when I use AFNI. Do you know why I don't have a "Plugins" option under "Define Datamode"?
