AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

That means there are no plugins in your $PATH directories.

If you type the command 'which afni', it will show afni in some
directory (for instance, /usr/local/abin/afni). That means you
probably want the plugins to be in the /usr/local/abin directory.

It is also possible that you simply need to add a new directory
to your $PATH (in your home .cshrc file). This is if you have a
complete set of AFNI binaries on your system, but you have to
fix your $PATH to access them.

In any case, it is probably best for you to talk to a local system
administrator about this, and just let them know.
