We recently found the following possible problem with afni, which we don't understand:

in unclustered (3dmerge) dataset, we can see some functional response, which are cluster of more than 3 pixels, and the clusters extend more than 3 slides, so we expect these clusters will show up in the clustered (2,3) results.But in fact, they didn't show up.

Could you please explain the reason? We are eager to solve this problem. thanks.
