AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I have a bucket data set that contains, let's say, 20 subbricks. I want to cluster the data. I used 3dmerge to create a mask data set etc. However, I am confused with respect to which sub-brick I should use for the threshold value (GLT F stat).

Also once I've successfully clustered my data and wish to merge multiple bucket data sets, how should I go about this? I've merged FIM data sets and essentially would like to know if there are particular options that need to be included in the command line to handle bucket data sets. My previous attempt at merging bucket data sets resulted in the creation of a FIM data set.

Thanks in advance for any assistance.
