Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Bob,

We routinely calculate an effect size measure (eta squared), and use this as the intensity value for our pictures of group effects (within and between group). If we had a DF subbrick as output from 3dttest, we could use this to create an eta squared map that we could then threshold in some reasonable way. This would be a helpful feature for us to use in combination with the -unpooled option.
