AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Ahh Hello there,

If I may add to this confusion: Is that Kate does not want to interpolate into the past and instead would like to shift all the time series so that they align to a forward point in time. In that case would the option -tzero or -slice (which allow you so set the offset to align time series to) solve the problem?
Having suggested that, what is wrong with going backwards? The default of shifting to align with the middle offset was chosen to minimize the net amount of shift any one time series is subjected to.
I have to run now or I will miss my bus.

cheers,
-z
