afni.nimh.nih.gov

I'm using afni to view FSL results and would like to have the time series of my event-related design appear under the graph. FSL uses a .txt file with times in the 1st column, duration in the second and intensity in the third. Are there instructions out there to convert this text file into a format that can be used by afni? Thanks.
