Thanks for your help. I am a little confused by what you mean with regards to the xyz coordinates. I'm not sure how to use 3dcalc to create these values. In the dataset I'm working with I've used 3dcalc to apply an roi mask, so I understand that, but when I try using the dataset with the mask in 3dmaskdump, it mostly just gave a bunch of zeros. What's the step I'm missing? Thanks again for your help.
