Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Hi AFNI experts!

I have an unextracted brain (head+orig) + corresponding tlrc and acpc files.
On the other hand I have an extracted brain (brain+orig), with the same grid size, origin etc.
I want to append the tlrc + acpc files of head+orig to brain+orig and have not been successful so far...

I played around with 3ddup and 3drefit and I am getting in trouble with the same issue that I was not able to change the warp parent from head+orig to brain+orig.

Any help would be appreciated.
