Hi Bob,

I just got a way to have Mosaic (Just use Mont botton, then we can obstain it).

Once I run AFNI, I will see the start window. It shows the (x, y, z) coordinates of current focus point which is at Original View coordinate system. In my case, the ranger of xyz is x(-163, -17), y(-19, -200), z(0-158). So the coordinate value is in the RAI order. Right? What is the different between AFNI and FSL coordinate system? How can I change them to MNI since I want to see the activation in MNI?
