Hello,

I'm having a problem with 3dmerge accepting one of my datasets....I used 3drotate to align my +orig mprage with my +orig functional images. For this particular subject, a translation in the 'S' direction was required. When I try to average this subject's +tlrc images (mprage and functional files) I get this error:
*** dataset brick size mismatch ***
because the file size is different.
I notice that when only rotation is required I don't get this error.
Is there something I can do?
