AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi Sanghoon,

Just to be sure, when you are sitting in the 'linux_glibc21' directory,
you should test out, for example, afni_vcheck by typing:

./afni_vcheck

Also, to be sure about your response to Kevin, did you say that this
directory is in your path? To be sure of this, type:

echo $path

When you do this, you should see that directory in the list, such as:

/usr/X11R6/bin /usr/local/bin /usr/bin /bin /home/sanghooh/linux_glibc21

In this example you see the linux directory as the last element in the path.
If you do not see this, you need to update your path in your .cshrc file.

See the following from a previous message for more information:

[afni.nimh.nih.gov]

If that is not enough detail, please let me know. BTW, this is a subject
of one of the next AFNI HowTos, coming sometime to a theater near you.
