Hi,
When I run

I have a question about the Full F stat that Hi,
When I run 3dDeconvolve with the motion correction parameters in the baseline model (using -stim_base), are they included in the Full F statistic calculated by AFNI? If not, how do I get a F for just the regressors of interest? After reading the .ps file, I tried:
-glt 1 "glt.Full_F.mat" -glt_label 4 "Full_F"

where glt.Full_F.mat contained the following:

0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0 0
0 0 0 0 1 0 0 0 0 0 0

But afni said it was expecting a 1 x 11 matrix, not 3x11. So then I tried :

-glt 3 "glt.Full_F.mat" -glt_label 4 "Full_F"

but afni calculated 3 sets of stats, not 1.
