AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi!

I tried to use the "@" option for 3dANOVA2 and was not sucessful so far.

I typed something like:

3dANOVA2 -@ < ${lists}/input

where input is the file, which should be executed and $list my directory, where the file lives in.

The file input contains following lines:

-type 1 -alevels 3 -blevels 2
-dset 1 1 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['0']'
-dset 2 1 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['1']'
-dset 3 1 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['2']'
-dset 1 2 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['3']'
-dset 2 2 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['4']'
-dset 3 2 patA.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['5']'
.
.
.
.
.
-dset 1 1 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['0']'
-dset 2 1 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['1']'
-dset 3 1 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['2']'
-dset 1 2 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['3']'
-dset 2 2 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['4']'
-dset 3 2 patX.reg.filtnorm.wanova+tlrc'['5']'
-ftr Treatment -fa Valence -fb Cognition -fab ExC
-amean 1 Pleasant -amean 2 Unpleasant -amean 3 Neutral
-bmean 1 WM -bmean 2 LA
-adiff 1 3 P-N -adiff 2 3 U-N -adiff 1 2 P-U -adiff 2 1 U-P
-bdiff 1 2 WM-LA -acontr 0.5 0.5 -1 PU-N -voxel 1234567
-bucket fe.anova.reg.filtnorm

However, I got the error message:
Unable to open the data set file pat.A
( The command works fine, if I do not use this option, which I think is quite helpful! )
I tried it with "\" at the end of the line or with keeping the options right after the 3dANOVA2 command, but it did not help.

Any suggestions, what I did wrong?

Thanks,

Lukas
