Hi Shane,
Okay, SurfMeasures now has functions 'n_avearea_A',
'n_avearea_B' and 'n_ntri' for per-node values of
"average area of trianges on surface A", "average area
of trianges on surface B" and "number of associated
trianges".
Note that if you test this with (for surface A, say) 'n_area_A',
'n_avearea_A' and 'n_ntri', you should see N*ave = 3*area.
These changes require version 1.7a of SurfMeasures, which
will be available next time the AFNI distribution is updated.
Please let me know if this does not work the way you would
like it to.
