I really like the uber_subject.py and afni_proc.py scripts, but I also like to field map correct my EPIs.
Short of the creation of a field mapping tool in AFNI, is there any way that I "drop in" a t-shifted, motion-corrected field mapped dataset into something like uber_subject.py? The issue would be creating/importing appropriately named *.mat files and "turning off" tshift, motion correction, and 3dvolreg steps.
I'm thinking it would be best to apply the field map to a t-shifted and motion corrected dataset so that intrasubject alignment would be optimal.
