Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:
https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov
Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.
Sincerely,

Nevermind, I can just apply a similar concept where I can do a conjunction analysis. Though, is it okay to do a conjunction analysis on the results of a previous conjunction analysis?

The stim files are identical because they are two separate scans. They performed left hand movement for one scan and right hand movement for the second scan.
Left Hand:

Hello,
If I am going to be removing the first 4 TRs per run, do I have to account for this timing difference in my StimFiles or is it already incorporated in the script?
Thanks

For right now I'm doing analysis at the individual level. Once I acquire more date I'll do it at the group level.
Can you refer me to a document that lays out what syntax Symbolic GLT accepts? I tried inputting "Both Hands" > "Left Hand" and received errors. Can that be written as BothHands -LeftHand?
For the second question I am trying to do something simi

Hello,
I have a block design where I have subject move "Left Hand", "Right Hand" and "Both Hands" in random order.
I am interested in knowing what regions "Both Hands" activation is the greatest and what regions "Both Hands" activation is unique.
For the first question I tried to set-up the Symbolic GLT as:
BothHand -(LeftHand -RightHa

Thanks

Another question - is it possible to hide the 3d Cursor in SUMA as well as the box that highlights the axial, sagittal, coronal plane of the MRI? Also, how do you load in ROI's that were created using the ROI tool in AFNI?
Thanks,
David

Hi Ziad,
Yeah, having each colored bundle is not enough. There are a few combinations that are not really of interest so it just gets in the way. For instance, my ROI's are at the PLIC and Primary and Premotor Cortex for each hemisphere. My main interest is to get a visual of the the left PLIC to left M1 and PMC and right PLIC to right M1 and PMC, not M1 to M1, PMC to PMC, M1 to PMC and

Hello,
I've run 3dTrackID -mode MINIP for 6 regions of interest using the -logic AND.
I am able to view all of the different bundle combinations at one time in suma but I was wondering how to view only 1 bundle or 2 bundles without showing the other bundles? This way I'm only looking ROI1 to ROI2, or ROI1 to RO2 and ROI3.
Let me know if the question is unclear.
Cheers,
Da

Hello,
Is there a way to get 3dABoverlap to output the overlap map and the non overlap map as a new file? It appears the script will just give me overlap stats.
Thanks

My apologies. I'm having trouble uploading the image, but yes, your description for B is what I'm looking for. Thanks for the information regarding 3dThreetoRGB, I'll look into it.
Cheers,
David

Hello,
I have run 3dTrackID all the way through and I was wondering how I can view the direction of each voxel much like the image attached. Thank you.
