Dear AFNI users-
We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.
The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Dear Afni experts,
In addition to using 3dMVM in the 2nd level analysis for a two-way mixed design, I wish to continue with an "equivalent" nonparametric test. Do we have something similar to SPM's SnPM and FSL's randomize?
My understanding is that with afni, we can use 3dClustSim to correct the cluster threshold and I also read a bit about afni BML... I would really appr

Hi Rick,
Thanks for the confirmation on the variable epoch function and additional explanations on polort.
Following your suggestion, I got these durations of the events for all the anticipation conditions:
AntLoss.1D: min = 2, mean = 4, max = 6, stdev = 1.70561
AntMixed.1D: min = 2, mean = 4, max = 6, stdev = 1.70561
AntNeu.1D: min = 2, mean = 4, max = 6, stdev = 1.70561

Hi Afni experts,
I would like to select a stim_times option that can use the trial duration to model both the amplitude AND the width of the HDR.
At this moment, using stim_times_AM1 & 'dmUBLOCK', I can produce ideal stimuli model with HDR amplitude (height) scaled to the trial duration. The trial durations in this design last for 2, 4, and 6 secs.
My two questions are
1).

Hi Peter,
Thank you so much for pointing out the problems!
Following your suggestions, I generated one respiratory 1D regressor.
RetroTS.py

-phys_json sub-test_ses-test_task-reward_recording-respiratory_physio.json
-v 2
-p 50
-n 72

-prefix physio_resp_regressors.1D

Hi all,
I am using RetroTS.py in a bash terminal to turn respiratory and cardiac tsv.gz files into regressors for 1st level analysis.
I kept getting this error and any suggestion is greatly appreciated!
