AFNI program: 3dDeconvolve_f

** 3dDeconvolve_f is now disabled by default.
** It is dangerous, due to roundoff problems.
** Please use 3dDeconvolve from now on!

** HOWEVER, if you insist on using 3dDeconvolve_f, then:
**        + Use '-OK' as the first command line option.
**        + Check the matrix condition number;
**            if it is greater than 100, BEWARE!
