------ IMPORTANT message regarding AFNI version numbers ------

We are now using a new version scheme, where the AFNI version
string is similar to a date: AFNI_YY.Q.II.  The major.minor.micro
version numbers are based on the year, quarter (quarter year,
zero based) and build index (zero based, counting builds within
the quarter), respectively.

Please give the AFNI version when reporting issues.  The full
AFNI version is output by the command 'afni -ver'; for example:
