1. Download cohort1 data from:

http://fcon_1000.projects.nitrc.org/indi/retro/Power2012.html

, and decompress the file

2. Check the directory structure: 

   ls INDI_Lite_NIFTI/cohort1/sub00150*

3. [IMPORTANT] Each subject has different numbers of sessions and runs.
   So, study1.csh would make them in a uniform structure. Run the tcsh script:

   tcsh ./distance_dependent_correlation_bias.csh

4. To plot the curves in Figure 1, run the matlab code plot_figure1.m in matlab.
