   -T1 T1vol: The T1 volume
   -odir ODIR: Directory where output gets dumped. 
              Default is T1mask/ 
              ODIR will contain multiple volumes with the one
              of most interest being T1.hull.mask.m+orig
              You can set ODIR to ./
         Script will reuse existing intermediate volumes

   -hullmask VOL: Create mask using the convex hull of the brightest.
                  VOL liters worth of voxels. 0.75 is the default
                  You might want to reduce VOL to 0.55 or 0.35 if you
                  have strong ghosting artifacts.
                  Output is T1.hull.mask.m+orig
   -automask: Also create a mask with 3dAutomask
                  Output is T1.amask+orig

   -echo: Set echo
   -help: this message
