This is the lecture for how-to#5, Group Analysis with AFNI

Most of it is lecture, some hands-on towards the end, where students will
execute the @anova_ht05 script that will run the ANOVA

June 18, 2004: First complete draft is finished.  Gave to Gang and Ziad to read
June 22, 2004: Received edits from Gang.  Incorporated into lecture
June 23, 2004: Received edits from Ziad.  Incorporated into lecture
July 01, 2004: Finished revisions; ppt presentation is good to go.
	       Converted ppt presentation to pdf format.
July 08,2004:  Edited the font size for ppt and pdf presentations. Ready for
	       class.
July 21,2004:  Two typos fixed.
