HCM RL: Center of mass (CM) for each cluster in the
Right-Left direction
HCM AP: Center of mass for each cluster in the
Anterior-Posterior direction
HCM IS: Center of mass for each cluster in the
Inferior-Superior direction
HminRL,maxRL: Bounding box for cluster, min & max
coordinates in R-L direction
HminAP,maxAP: Bounding box for cluster, min & max
coordinates in A-P direction
HminIS, maxIS: Bounding box for cluster,
min & max coordinates in I-S direction
HMean: Mean value for each volume cluster
HSEM: Standard error of the mean for the volume
cluster
HMax Int: Maximum Intensity value for each volume
cluster
HMI RL: Maximum Intensity value in the R-L direction of
