Color overlay planes
¥Colorized Dsets are organized into layered color planes
H2 commonly used planes are:
åSurface Convexity (usually in gray scale)
åAFNI Function (usually in color)
HPlanes are assigned to two groups
åBackground planes (like Convexity)
åForeground planes (like AFNI Function)
HMany other planes can be added to either group.
¥Color planes of the same group are mixed together:
HPlanes are stacked based on their order and
opacity.
HOpacity of 1st plane does
not affect color mixing.
HThere are 2 modes for mixing colors. See option F7 in
SUMA.
