Default GUI behavior: only open data in present directory
Can also have another directory read in each time GUI is run
Environment variable:  AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION
Example of setting AFNI_GLOBAL_SESSION
   + default AFNI binary dir contains many templates/atlases
   + can ~/abin/ dir for "global session"
   + could use any dir with templates/atlases
