Some scripts depend on others. 
Run the following scripts in this order:

   tcsh run_3dVol2Surf
   tcsh run_ROI2dataset

then you can run any of the other scripts afterward. 

For example:
run_SurfSmooth_data
run_SurfSmooth_geom
run_3dSSdemo
run_3dSurf2Vol
run_ROIdump
run_ScaleToMap

Many of the scripts don't seem to do anything. You'll need to look at the script to see the command and figure out what the output will be.
