I used to have the functionality of having the Olay and Thr brick in a dataset linked together when I use the 'index' up/down button on the left of the main controller-- that is, I can switch Olay brick and Thr brick simultaneously. This is not default behavior, I don't believe, and I accomplished this with some the settings in my ~/.bashrc file (the AFNI*SLAVE* ones):
export AFNI_VERSION_CHECK=NO
export AFNI_DEFAULT_IMSAVE=tif
export AFNI_ENFORCE_ASPECT=YES
export AFNI_GRAPH_FADE=YES
export AFNI_GUI_EDITOR=emacs
export AFNI_SLAVE_FUNCTIME=YES # time index changes overlay AND underlay
export AFNI_SLAVE_THRTIME=YES # time index changes threshold, too
export AFNI_3dDespike_NEW=YES
After a ~recent build, however, I don't seem to have this functionality any more. My current $ afni -ver is:
Version AFNI_2011_12_21_1014
[[Precompiled binary macosx_10.6_Intel_64: Mar 12 2014]]
Has something changed internally? If so, how can I get that nice, convenient feature back, so I don't have to update and scroll through two lists all the time?
Thanks,
pt
