AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Ah, beautiful, thanks. All that functionality *and* something to read about p-values.

But it still seems like I should have that functionality from my ~/.bashrc settings with:

export AFNI_SLAVE_FUNCTIME=YES # time index changes overlay AND underlay
export AFNI_SLAVE_THRTIME=YES # time index changes threshold, too

I've tried putting these same settings into my ~/.afnirc as well (without the 'export') to see if that made a difference somehow (it didn't). Is there a way that can I set these as default, so that no clicking is involved? It would be great to have that '==' functionality of overlay/threshold bricks right from the start.
