This AFNI Bootcamp will be held virtually. Registration is free and open to both NIH and non-NIH researchers.
The course is aimed at people who are already doing FMRI, and it is not an introduction to how FMRI works -- it is an introduction to the visualization, analysis and checking of FMRI data, particularly using AFNI software to facilitate this. It will be most useful to you if you are already analyzing or will be analyzing some FMRI data shortly thereafter. For the present course, we are splitting the normal "full" content into two separate sessions. This Part 2 (three days) will focus on group analysis, statistical methodology, results reporting, and surface-based visualization and processing (with SUMA).
There is no charge for attending; however, we cannot provide any subsidies for travel expenses. Please subscribe to AFNI-Digest for upcoming bootcamp announcements. Further information and news will be posted on the AFNI Message Board, where you can also post queries (and we may even read and answer them!).
