AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Can you provide more details? Did you get an error message?

Probably. Most likely you probably need the same surface to use for ROIgrow as you use for visualizing the results, and also the indices for the nodes used to define the ROIs must match those.

I don't have enough information to give more guidance, as I don't know what surfaces are defined in 118_both.spec and how they were generated (for example, whether they are in correspondence with the standardized surfaces with ld=141). If you run suma with 118_both.spec and go to the nodes that you are using for the ROI, are they in the correct location?
