AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

Dear all,

When trying to preprocess my functional mri data with the following command (preproc-sess -s sess04 -fsd bold -stc up -surface fsaverage lhrl -mni305 -fwhm 5 -per-run), I get the follwing error message:

Fatal Signal 11 (SIGSEGV) received
mri_add_name
mri_to_float
mri_3dalign_setup
3dvolreg main

I am very much a newbie at AFNI and programming in gereral. I got the command from here (https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/FsFastTutorialV5.1/FsFastPreProc). It actually worked fine for this exact data set until yesterday when I randomely decided to update my AFNI version. I am running ubuntu v13.04 (64-bit) and would greatly appreciate your help.
