AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hello.

I'm interested in using 3dmaskave to write out the global timecourse of ROIs over a certain threshold. In past postings (David Ludlow's question), it looks like it is possible to use 3dmaskave to input either an ROI mask or a threshold mask, but not both. Is there a way to do this? Can you have two masks in the same session? I have used 3dmaskave to output the voxel coordinates and intensity values in an ROI and then 3dmaskdump to get the timecourses of voxels above our threshold, but when an ROI contains many voxels, this is quite an arduous task.

Thanks for your help.
