AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

With regards to the posting by Phil Burton on 7-21-03 (co-registering images from an Allegra 3T)-- has anyone come up with a solution (I know it has only been a week or so, but I have a short deadline to meet)? I'm dealing with the same issues they discussed-- how to get the x, y, & z-origin values that go into the to3d GUI for Allegra images. Using 3dinfo with my data, it looks like the structural scans have reasonable (but accurate??) x, y, z ranges, but the epi scans are way off (as in x (R-L) of -218 to -1.7 and z (I-S) of 2 to 114). Also, in 3dinfo, the number of subriks are correctly listed, but there are no data values (--At sub-brik #0 '?' datum type is float is the exact listing). Does anyone else have this problem (and is it a problem)? Any help or suggestions is greatly appreciated.

Thanks-- Kristen
