Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

I am trying to get AFNI to work on cygwin -I run XP-.
I read the old topics about it, but I still have an error when running 'make totality_exe".

the error:

thd_loaddblk.c: In function 'THD_alloc_datablock':
thd_loaddblk.c:837: parse error at end of input
make: *** [thd_loaddblk.o] Error 1
**************************************************

Issues(!):
i) the modification of Makefile.cygwin goes in the IFLAG? (I mean the two DONT_USE_HINTS and SHM)
ii) I'm not sure about the path editing, the INSTALLDIR.. could you please spell out so that it's bullet proof..? (sorry for that, but I'm using cygwin only to run afni..!)
