I think the correct program is 3dbucket. The -help output of 3dbucket states:

> Last revision: 14 March 2002

Also if you're following up an old thread, you might want to post it as a new topic so it will appear among the most recent posts. You can still use the old Subject. I don't know if this is general opinion about list use so I'll defer to an expert, but that's my 2 cents.
