Hi,

I am having some trouble with 3dbucket. I am not sure what the source of the problem is. I can't seem to find any mistakes in the command. Maybe someone else sees an error with my command. Is there a name length limit using the -glueto option?

I am using "Precompiled binary linux_gcc32: Oct 27 2003" on a mandrake linux system that appears to have /lib/libgcc_s-3.2.2.so.1. The system info is this

prompt> uname -a
Linux fmri 2.4.21-0.13mdkenterprise #1 SMP Fri Mar 14 14:40:17 EST 2003 i686 unknown unknown GNU/Linux

The problematic command is the following:

prompt> 3dbucket -glueto XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_005_05+tlrc -fbuc XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_12+tlrc -fbuc XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_13+tlrc


Program 3dbucket
Last revision: 14 March 2002

File name must end in +orig, +acpc, or +tlrc after -glueto
prompt>


The files exist as evidenced by ls

prompt> ls XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_005_05+tlrc*
XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_005_05+tlrc.BRIK XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_005_05+tlrc.HEAD

prompt> ls XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_13+tlrc.*
XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_13+tlrc.BRIK XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_13+tlrc.HEAD

prompt> ls XL_L1-2+_L23-45+_diffs_t0_12+tlrc.*

A similar command using Joe+tlrc works fine, i.e.,

prompt> 3dbucket -glueto Joe+tlrc -fbuc Joe+tlrc -fbuc Joe+tlrc
