Hi,
I've taken a few sub-bricks from a bucket data set and loaded them into MatLab using BrikLoad. I've loaded one each of the beta weight volumes and F-stat volumes (the result of 3dDeconvolve). I do some math on the numbers in the volumes in MatLab, and then put them together into a 64x64x32x2 4-D matrix, where the first volume has beta weights (with some math done to them) and then second volume has F-stats (again with some math done to them). I check to see that each of these volumes has values in them, and that these values are in the appropriate range, given the F-stats and beta weights that I originally read in. Then I use WriteBrik to save these to a new fbuc file, which I open up in AFNI to look at the damage I've done.
The problem is, I can't seem to get AFNI to let me see the beta weights. If I do the usual where I set Olay to be the beta's and Thresh to be the F-stats, I see nothing (except the anatomical underlay). If I set Olay to be the F-stats then I see a nice looking statistical map, and I can threshold on it and everything's fine. But with Olay set to the beta-weight volume, I get nothing. I double and triple checked to see that there were indeed non-zero values in there (before saving from MatLab) and there surely are. I'm wondering if maybe there's something I need to do with the Info structure to get AFNI to recognize these. Any ideas on what I might be doing wrong?
Thanks
