I am having a problem with 3DANOVA which is probably a very simple problem. Hopefully you can help me out with it.
The paradigm that I am analyzing has three different conditions, and two groups - control and adhd. I want to analyze it using 3dANOVA3. However, when I try to run the script below, I get the following error message :
"Error: Must have equal sample sizes for 3dANOVA3."
I have been using sub-bricks 6, 9 and 12 from the output of the 3dDeconvolve program, which correspond to the beta values for the 3 different conditions.
