AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

Hi,

I am trying to complete step #4 for the context dependent correlation analysis. I have made the 1D coding file with 0's and 1's. However, when I try to make the Inter_neu.1D file. I get an error message that says that my coding file is too short. This is not true. I have checked both the seed and the coding file in exel and they are the same length. Why is that happening?

Here is the code plus my 1D files.

Thank you for your help.

1deval -a Seed_mem1FA_col.1D -b facoding.1D -expr 'a*b' >Inter_neu.1D

seed file: Seed_mem1FA_col.1D contains the following:
