AFNI Message Board

Dear AFNI users-

We are very pleased to announce that the new AFNI Message Board framework is up! Please join us at:

https://discuss.afni.nimh.nih.gov

Existing user accounts have been migrated, so returning users can login by requesting a password reset. New users can create accounts, as well, through a standard account creation process. Please note that these setup emails might initially go to spam folders (esp. for NIH users!), so please check those locations in the beginning.

The current Message Board discussion threads have been migrated to the new framework. The current Message Board will remain visible, but read-only, for a little while.

Sincerely, AFNI HQ

I was just using 1dplot to plot a .1d file with 19 columns. I used the -sepscl option, but I noticed that a small number of the plots were not really autoscaled:

[brainimaging.waisman.wisc.edu]

I checked the file to make sure there were no weird outliers throwing it off.

Curious why this is happening, and how I could get it to stop.

The file I was trying to plot is here:
[brainimaging.waisman.wisc.edu]

Here's my version info:
1dplot says: ++ Compile date = Mar 11 2009

afni -v says:
Version AFNI_2008_07_18_1710
[[Precompiled binary linux_xorg7: Mar 11 2009]]

Thanks!
