Dear all,

I placed a seed point in fMRI data say at Right Posterior Cingulate and got the functional connectivity map. Now, I am interested in placing the seed point at exactly the same position in my anatomical image. What is the procedure or the transformation matrix to convert the co-ordinates in a 61*73*61 functional image to 256*256*198 anatomical image?
