Hello afni experts,
I am attempting to run 3dTcorrMap in a linux based supercomputer environment. I have tested this command line on my MacOS X and it worked perfectly fine. However, now that I've moved it to the supercomputer, I keep getting a command that the program has been killed. See below:
bash-3.2$ afni='//nfs/08/osu5470/usr/local/abin'
-bash-3.2$ $afni/3dTcorrMap -input res4d_10000.nii -automask -CorrMap test_corr
++ 3dTcorrMap: AFNI version=AFNI_2011_12_21_1014 (Feb 10 2012) [64-bit]
++ CorrMap, this might take a long while...
++ 48556 voxels survive -automask
+ only 38585 voxels in dataset are non-constant
+ Detrending input dataset with 2 references
+ extracting mask-ed time series
+ normalizing extracted time series
++ Starting long long loop: OpenMP threads=8 537 billion Flops
+ Single loop (1/50) duration: 46.7 secs = 0.78 mins
Remaining (49/50) time est.: 2289 secs = 38.1 mins = 0.64 hrs = 0.026 days
++ Voxel loop: 012Killed
It has been killed at several different points within the voxel loop. Could anyone explain why this is happening? I would be much obliged.
